Our project involved helping a senior government IT leader implement a large and highly complex technology and organization transformation effort in his agency. The work entailed conducting several high-level strategy sessions with the leader and members with his senior leadership team. Christian helped us implement AI technology that resulted in improving our efficiency in the planning and executing of our services by at least 50%. In addition, our successful use of AI technology was clearly noticed and recognized by our client, which led to us being awarded additional follow on work. The AI area of automation that we found most valuable was creating a bot that effectively "interviewed" members of the senior leadership team with pre-prepared questions and collected and synthesized the date for us prior to us conducting strategic planning sessions with the team.
